MOVE-IN

• Proof of Renters Insurance – Edison Long Beach must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. The policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage. You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to living expense coverage in the standard policy.

• Photograph of Your Pet for Your File
• Proof of Current Vaccinations and City Animal License
